It's getting close to 1AM now! Last night I went out to watch the sun go down. These flowers were perched on the edge of the cliff I setup on, just down the coast from Tyneside.
Having barely finished Lee Frost's
A-Z of Creative Photography I have moved on to his guide to
Night and Low-Light Photography. Out I went armed with my coat, the tripod, some new-found ideas and a new set of Cokin filters. I'll post the results over the next day or two...

Thanks guys. I really like this one as well and just added it to "my favourites". It's nice because it was just a quick shot I took while bored with aiming the tripod at the cliffs. I wish I had taken more now.

Wow... I love this. How the sun is in the background and the flowers are so upclose makes it look so cool. I love the contrast and lighting... Very pretty :)
