Remember, remember, the 5^th of November! Why? Because it's Bonfire Night (so called as they used to burn bones in the olden days). It's at this time of year that the skies are full of fireworks. Here's one of ours from the other night.

Taking photos of fireworks is a tricky task. Not only do you have to focus in the dark but you don't actually know where it's going to explode. Add to this the fact that you only get one chance with each one and you have to understand I was lucky to get a mediocre shot like this one.

Tomorrow I'm off to my uncle's for a bigger bring-a-firework family bonfire. I'll try and get some better shots from there.
