And so it has. Through all the mentions in the news a few years ago, I never heard it discussed in terms of it's letting passage of ships, or even that it pivoted, everyone was so enamored with the styling.

hello my name is quinn i am kakes step daughter and i used to live neer there and it blinks because when the ships come in the bottom of the eyr comes up the let them lots of love quinn aged 12
it blinks because when ships come in it opens up to let then go past so it looks like it is blinking quinn jake's step daughter
