I know it's un-original and clichéd, but I just can't help myself. I love photos of light-trails.

Being a beginner I need to add the clichéd shots to my portfolio before I can progress to some original thought.

Taken on a bridge over the A19 in NE England.

very good. I also like the traffic trails. I have just brought a nikon d40 and have just started out in photography. Do you get this effect by slowing down the shutter speed to about 1 sec?
